Richfield Montessori Schools, Port Harcourt was founded with a clear vision: to provide a nurturing and academically rigorous environment that equips children with the knowledge, character, and skills needed for lifelong success. Originally established as Hephzibah’s Home School on September 7th, 2009, the school began as a small, home-based learning center focused on quality early childhood education. As the school grew in size and reputation, it was renamed Richfield Montessori School in July 2012 to reflect its broader mission and alignment with the Montessori philosophy.

Since then, Richfield Montessori has expanded into a full-fledged educational institution offering Crèche, Nursery, and Primary education. Our commitment to academic excellence, moral integrity, and child-centered learning has remained constant throughout our growth.  We combine the Montessori approach with modern teaching methods to foster independence, curiosity, and critical thinking in every child. Our experienced and passionate staff work closely with parents to ensure each pupil receives personalized attention and a well-rounded foundation.
